Richard grew up as an army brat bouncing all over the country from Philadelphia (where he was born) to Miami to Ft. Campbell, Kentucky to Oahu, Hawaii until landing in Tampa, Florida where he grew up. All of this moving helped him learn some of the frustrations people have with relocating. Richard put down permanent roots in Atlanta in 1996, and has helped thousands find the perfect home since getting into real estate in 1998. His knowledge and passion to help people find the perfect home grows with each person he helps. At home, Richard is surrounded by women: his wife, three daughters and son (he finally got one!). In his “free time” he enjoys playing soccer, a round of golf, a game of poker, or just relaxing with a cold beer or a nice bottle of wine. He considers each move a challenge and looks forward to helping you find your perfect home!
